Sttange, last week both cities had 101 homes for sale each.  The Covina Homes and Glendora Homes market is shrinking every week.  First time buyers are taking advantage of the first time buyers credit, low interest rates and FHA low down payment incentive.  This is a great time to buy a home!  Interest rates will go up just look at the following:  Oil is at $78 per barrel. Gold is trading under $1,033 per ounce and will continue to go up.  The government can only keep interest rates down for so long before foreign investors pull out of here.  Invest in Real Estate today… don’t let the opportunity pass you!

On a different note, last week I went through a dramatic experience… we had to put our 12 year old dog “Tica” down.  It was one of the most painful experiences I have had, she was a part of my family.  In te past when I had friends that had a loss of their pet and I  wasn’t able to relate to their pain and I am sorry for that, now I understand what they were going through.  It is tough!

This is my first posting and will continue to keep you updated with a Real Estate Market Update on a consistent basis for The San Gabriel Valley area.
