All sessions are 6-week series that meet once a week over 7 weeks, allowing students one built-in make-up class.

Pole Dancing Level I/II: Sundays, Jan 25-March 8, 9:15-10:45am
Pole Dancing Level I: Sundays, Jan 25-Mar 8, 11-12:30pm
Pole Dancing Level I/II: Tuesdays, Jan 27-Mar 10, 6-7:30pm

Classes begin with a sultry Pilates-based warm-up and then advance to the pole where we work upper and lower body while building red-hot confidence!

$125 plus tax for all classes
at Body in Balance Pilates Studio (across from Cannery Mall)
