Scope included coordination of facilities support personnel, self performing craft and subcontracted trades. Significant portion of time was spent in the field supervising mechanical installations. Also responsible for the training of 2500 employees/ craft personnel.

Optics Assembly Building- Livermore, California ($17M)
Construction Manager –Performed as a liaison between end user group and contractors. Greenfield erection of three story, 24,000 sq. ft. support facility for National Ignition Facility. Major responsibility involved field coordination of trades. Also involved in the review of pay applications, change orders, and the management of project engineers and inspectors. Scope included installation of 38 air handlers, ultra pure piping and electrical distribution.

Project Manager / Site Coordinator – 120,000 sq. ft. semiconductor manufacturing facility. Responsibilities included field coordination of trades, contract negotiations and customer relations. Duties included coordination of the installation of 7000 filter fan units (FFU) with associated controls and electrical distribution for ISO Class 3 zones.
