What the media omits is that they weren't just pushed off the land - they received housing, with electricity and running water. The constitution doesn't specify any particular race, a major point of it is to end discrimination. The Khoisan are just protected by the constitution as any other race group. Whether such protection is carried out in reality is debatable.
