Founder-level Ruby/Rails hacker needed for super-cool website (mission district)

We're looking for employee #1 at our small, 1-year old angel-backed startup. Here's what we have to offer:

• A great team of 2 experienced hackers (one of whom has had a very successful recent exit with a different startup), and an incredibly helpful/supportive investor
• A new, semi-stealth product (think: photos) with tens of thousands of users (think: viral) that's about to get huge (really! we'll show you the numbers!)
• *Significant* equity stake in the company plus a reasonable salary for the right person
• An interesting, scalable Ruby/Rails architecture -- complete with memcaching, replication, and horizontal DB partitioning -- it's pretty cool!
• A brand new farm of super-beefy servers, raring to go

Ideally, you are:

• A smart, founder-level hacker who can work on just about anything.
• Familiar with Ruby/Rails and Linux/Apache/MySQL, but if you're smart, this is no big deal
• Able to work on pretty much any piece of the puzzle, from front to back
• Someone who *wants* to take on lots of jobs for which they're not qualified, and to receive the rewards that go along with that work -- like marketing, and backend architecture, and dealing with databases, and graphic design, and hiring people, and generally doing all of the fun things involved with a small company.

You can work from home most of the time, but meet up a couple times a week at our Mission District office (near BART, bus, etc).
