A Neiki fic

Hi guys, I'm digi-xros888 and this is my first fanfic. Now, I realized a while ago that there were only about 2 or 3 Neiki fics while there are about 15 Taikari fanfics and 10 Kirine on and I want to change that. I was watching episode 42 of xros wars and wondered how it took so long for Taiki and the rest of Xros Heart to reach Kiriha and his army. That's how I got inspiriation for this fic. Flames and comments are welcome.

So here it is:

(Taiki's P.O.V.)

There was water everywhere. It seemed that everyone was soaked. But then again, we could be dead at the hands of Gravimon. Slowly it dawned on me that something was not right. We were missing someone.

"Hey, where's Kiriha?", I said, which also happened to break the silence and make the many digimon and one human stare at me.

"Wait, are you sure he's missing,?", asked Nene Amano, the only other human in our group that I secretly also had crush on her. Wait, did I just think that?

"Well, if he was wouldn't he say something?", said Mervamon breaking my thought.

"Why should we help him, didn't he, like betray us?", said Shoutmon, my friend and partner.

"But he still is our friend, right? And anyway,shouldn't we look for him", I argued.

"C'mon, let's just go guys", said Nene.

(A while later)

"Taiki? Can talk to you quickly?", asked Nene. I nodded and told the rest of the team to keep going. She led me to another cave and gestured for me to stop walking.

"So what is it?", I asked, half-curious to what Nene had in mind.

"Taiki, I'm going to do what I should have done a while ago", said Nene blushing and suddenly kissed me, I didn't know what drove me but I returned the kiss.

(Nene's P.O.V.)

As we were kissing my hormones acted up and I found my tongue going into Taiki's mouth. He let it in and the simple kiss turned into a French that lasted forwhat felt like 20 minutes.

As we broke apart, Taiki suddenly spoke:" So, what was that for?"

"A lot of things, like rescuing me from that tower, helping me get away from Darkknightmon and all of that.", I said.

"Hey you know what, I kinda felt an attraction to you early on. That's probably the reason I was very concered about you.", said Taiki."Not to be like a perv or anything, but you're like er...hot.", He added.

"Really?", I said grinning.

"Yup", He said.

"So you don't like Akari in that way?. ", I said.

"Nah, she's like a sister to me, nothing I think Zenjirou has a crush on her.", he replied.

"Oh", I said, blushing.

"Hey remember in Gold Land when I said didn't like you?", said Taiki.

"Yeah, I remember it really well.", I said sarcastically.

"Well I was lying.", He said seriously.

"Well, you're forgiven.", I said jokingly

"You know what, let's just go and discuss this later", said Taiki.

"Ok" ,I said.

By the way, can I have your phone number?", he added.

(Narrator)

And that's how it just started.

Author's Note: I know the characters are a little out of character, but this is my first fanfic. My next one will probably be a crossover maybe in the Fall when Xros Wars ends.
