NOW, here is a little secret of mines: I collect all the cards that have ever been sent or given to me. I am nostalgic that way. So this collab, kind of had me realllly excited!

Bonnie Marcus is known for incorporating a high fashion aesthetic into her popular paper products, this collaboration is sure to leave a memorable mark for those on the receiving end! Target notes:

“Design is about more than just good looks. Who is Bonnie Marcus?

As a former wedding planner in New York City and the Special Events Director at the prestigious 92nd Street Y, Marcus was well-known for her event planning expertise, but found there was a void in the stationery market in terms of fashion-forward stylish designs.

So, Marcus pioneered the concept of infusing fashion and style into the world of stationery and invitations from her dining room table in Westport, CT. causing fashion tastemakers and Hollywood elite to fixate upon her exciting collection.  The Bonnie Marcus Collection “where fashion meets paper” is now available in thousands of retail stores world-wide making her the ‘go to’ stationery designer among top celebrities and fashion-forward women.

Marcus combined her passion for fashion with her love for event planning, and took the industry by storm.  And when you get high fashion and a great Target Collection, you get a fun and memorable card at a great value (under $3)!

The Bonnie Marcus Collection is available today (October 18th) at Target!

Plus Size Fashion Tips

Tips for finding the right Plus Size bra.

Buying well-fitting bras can be a difficult task at the best of times, but being a plus size woman can sometimes make it seem impossible. We hope the following tips will be helpful the next time you are searching for new plus size bras.

Plus Size Bra Tip #1: Many women wear bras that are too wide around the middle and too small in the cup.

Tip: How do you know if your bra is too big? If the straps or the back falls down, the bra is too big. Slipping straps shouldn't be an issue.

Plus Size Bra Tip #2: When measuring yourself for a bra, be sure to get the tape snug under your breasts. You can distort the measurement if you accidentally measure across the bottom of your bust.

Plus Size Bra Tip #3: Check the bra band and be sure that it falls in the right place. A bra that fits correctly will fit around the smallest part of your back, not around your shoulder blades.

Plus Size Bra Tip #4: Check your under wire to ensure that it's working properly. If it leaves the center part of your chest, you'll need to increase the cup size. It should fit snugly against your skin, without causing pain, or discomfort.

Plus Size Bra Tip #5: Lift your arms to check the final fit of your bra by lifting up your arms. If you get over, or under spill, from the cups, you'll need to increase the cup size.

Plus Size Bra Tip #6: If you are having difficulty choosing a new plus size bra, look for a nude coloured bra with smooth cups and somewhat slimmer straps.
