I have owned this home for 27 years, upgrading it all the time.
Now it is rented, so PLEASE do not knock on the door etc.
It is EASILY worth what I am asking, as you will see even from the street.
I am 70 and need to move, and am looking for a buyer who totally knows and understands
this little incredible neighborhood.
