Social media guru, Nate Riggs, inspired me to do some branching out in a post he made about Wordpress plug-ins that can better your site. While I could easily drown myself in researching the hundreds of thousands of plugins that are out there, you’ll see one here on the far right that I feel is going to be absolutely fabulous.
When you come across something here that you find valuable and would like to share with other photographers, pay a visit to the highlighters on the right or to the bar at the bottom of the post. After clicking one of those you can now “highlight” content by selecting any text you would like to retweet to your followers. This plugin will automatically create a tinyURL of your selection so that you’re now ready to share your information with the world!
I can totally see high school seniors and younger parents/couples sharing a link to their sneak peek blog post using this plugin if you educate them on this feature. Try it out and see what you think; I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comment box below. I also want to see this in action so be sure to share your tweets!
