We had a few hrs down time for upgrading the software, but it is worth as we have some new features, mainly profile enhancement with visitor message and some cosmetic changes.Also a member album for everyone, social group feature letting users to create your own groups (either public or private-can be joined by invites) where people can talk about the group of about the group subject.For instance I have made a small social group named MP Official Fan's club which can be seen in my profile and anyone could join the group as it is publicly listed.
List of the new features added.
- Social Group - Check out Group
- Member Album & Pictures( will add a facility to add the pictures straight to board - later, as of now the pictures can be added straight to your member group) - Check out Album
- New notification system which shows all new notices - instead of just private message.The private message option will be back once the new notifications are read.(our change mood feature will be inactive if notifications are present)
- Profile Enhancements - Some minor cosmetic changes with a tabbed view, also a right side panel which shows your mini Stats, Groups, Album, Recent Visitors and things like that. - Your Profile
- Thread prefixes and Thread tags to identify threads and will help to search threads by tags, members can own tags for threads.
- Post change history : Whenever a post is edited, a history is kept so that the new changes can be compared with the old one.

Happy to announce our new shoutbox which has more features compared to our previous one. Some of the new features include..
Shoutbox on all almost all forum pages.
Ability to view the people currently shouting
Private Message Feature
Delete/Edit own chats.
Expanded chatbox for just chatting purpose.
Channels/Icons Explained:
 : General Chat / Main Shout Window
 : PM Channel/ the private messages u received and sent is shown in this channel.
 :Shows the users who r using shout at the moment
 : To send a private message to that particular user. ( same as /pm or /mp username message command)
 : Delete ur own shout
 : Get a full fledge shoutbox, expanded version
 : BB code for text/font styling.
 : Random Smilies
 : help with commands ( eg /me waves all will show--> *MalluPride waves all )
Few tips for the proper use of the chatbox.
1. You can have a preset of style (font, colour,size), enable/disable chat options from UserCP>Options>
2. As of now the urls n external images r disabled, emans the links u post won't be clickable and will appear as plain text.A BB code option will be added later.
3. Use "?" button to know the features enabled for u. For intance /me the famous IRs command lets u say an action. eg /me says Hello will show up as "Username says Hello" in red. Also click on the pencil near to another user to have a private chat or simply use the command /pm username message or /mp (both /mp and /pm works), alternatively click on the next to the username to have a private chat. The click on to see ur private window.. cool right?
FAQs:
Why the inactive time out?
This is much more of a feature rich chat with lot many options and don't want to overload the server, so a timeout of 5 minutes is been kept.Use the refresh button to get the shouts back.
The shoutbox is smaller compared to the previous?
The new shoutbox is displayed in almost all pages of the forum for a better acces, and having a bigger box won't look good in forum/thread pages.
The solution: Use the Expand chat button to have the shout opened in a single page. So if u r a vivid chatter, have an expanded chat open.
So thts all as of now, will update if anything comes up.
