Seekh Kababs
Ingredients :
Lamb - 250 gram (minced)
or
Chicken - 250 gram (minced)
Ginger - 2 cm. piece (grated)
Clove and Garlic (paste) – 1
Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Green chillie - 3 to 5 (finely chopped)
Corriander leaves - few finely choped
Lemon slices for garnishing
Method :
1. Combine and thoroughly mix all of the ingredients (except lemon slices).
2. Wrap small portions of the meat mixture around the skewer so that an even, closed coveringos formed.
3. Place the skeweron the low rack in a preheated grill for 15 to 17 minutes, while cooking move the skewer randomely so the kabab dosent burn.
4. Garnish with lemon slicesand serve hot.
