Looking for an opportunity to get in shape and learn self-defense? We've got a small karate club that meets twice a week (on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-9pm) in Berkeley. We're looking for a few more beginners.
If you're interested in training with us, you can join our group at no cost through the end of April (if you stay past that point we'll ask you to contribute dues, but dues are low, because we are not a for-profit dojo). You'll learn traditional Okinawan karate by working intensively with our instructors and our senior students; we'll teach you everything from the ground up. You'll get a good workout, burn off stress, and learn practical self-defense at the same time.
