Let's motivate each othe to show up at the gym more often(few times a week at least!)... If you belong to the 24 hr fitness on Lawrence & El Camino, I'd love to hear from you. My best times to work out are after work, around 6:30 or so. I'm female, and ideally prefer other women who want to meet up.
