What I am looking for: • Loft-like open floor plan, (high ceilings, exposed ducts and actual loft a big plus) • Must have washer/dryer or at least hook-ups • Hardwood or bamboo flooring in living areas (carpet in bedroom is fine) • Strongly prefer downtown/midtown areas, but I am open to any area reasonably close to UCDMC that is within walking distance of shops/restaurants/coffee
