Coffee, tea, water for breakast. Protein an veggie for lunch and dinner Fruit 2x a day whenever you want 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily! For me it was 5 bottles a day.

finished 2 rounds of P2. Lost total of 26 pounds and my boyfriend lost 32 pounds! NO cheating first time around! Last time a few cheats, but we did just fine! :)
