Group hasn't embraced customers' values

Tata, who is set to step down in December from the helm of the $100 billion (Rs.5,593 billion)conglomerate, added that after retirement, he would spend time on philanthropic activities related to rural development, water conservation and nutrition for children and pregnant women.
