Comedy Sketches and Funny Video needed

I need funny video for inclusion in a half-hour SNL-type show to be broadcast on local access TV.
Segments should be 3-5 minutes, preferably already edited.
I prefer comedy sketches, but I'll consider anything.
If you have a good script, I can attach crew and studio and produce it. Prefer you locate talent and rehearse.
