We are seeking a compatible person (or persons) to share an office in our suite. The suite consists of two offices, a comfortable waiting area with tea service, microwave, and bottled water, and a small storage room with fax, copy machine, and refrigerator. The office is attractively furnished and has a view of trees. The building and suite are fully accessible, and are conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Santa Cruz. There is ample free off-street parking, and we are located near a bus line (buses run on Soquel Avenue and Water Street). The office is currently shared by a psychotherapist and an agency that provides in-home support. You might offer a similar service -- or perhaps something entirely different (bookkeeping, astrology, Reiki, life coach, ?).
A block of 4 hours per week is $120 per month, with additional hours available at $10 per hour. The office is available Wednesday morning, and all day on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Utilities are included.
