NY shootings: 4 killed, more than 12 wounded

At least four people were killed today when a man opened fire in a building in Binghamton, New York, a law enforcement source said. The source said more than a dozen were wounded. The local newspaper reports on its Web site that 41 people had been taken hostage. developing story
