  Hair/Nail Technician - required to have completed a Nail Technician training course and have at least one year's full time salon experience. Fluent English Language skills required.

  Beauty Therapist - must have one of the following qualifications: CIDESCO, CIBTAC, IHBC, BTEC, CITY AND GUILDS, NVQ'S, ITEC or IA. For applicants applying outside Europe, an International equivalent will be accepted. Note that a qualification in FACIAL and BODY ELECTRICS is essential.

  Massage Therapist - must be qualified in Swedish Massage. Any additional qualifications like Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Reiki Healing or Sports Therapy is a definite plus. Good English Language skills required.

  Fitness Instructor - must have an RSA or YMCA Exercise to Music, or an aerobic qualification, a Step certificate, Resistance Weights, e.g.. BAWLA or NABBA or an international equivalent. At least three months experience in teaching is required. Instructors are required to take a variety of aerobic classes, supervise the gymnasium and also offer Personal Training to guests.

  Food & Beverage Manager:

- Manages the overall food and beverage function onboard the vessel.
- Oversees the assignment of duties, responsibilities and workstations to employees
- Observes and evaluates employees and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service is met
- Approves personnel actions such as new hire requests and discharges, to ensure proper staffing, and provides final approval for overtime needs.
- Mentors, develops and provides on-the-job training to subordinates to strengthen their current performance and preparation for future advancement
- Reviews financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation, and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations
- Reviews for final approval requisition estimates for food and beverage replacements, supplies, purchases, etc.
- Oversees all food and beverage presentations and quality in all venues
- Inspects food and beverage preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations

REQUIREMENTS
++Five to seven years progressive food and beverage managerial experience,
preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant or three to five years experience as a F&B Manager in a high volume establishment.

++Several years experience in managing/supervising a team of people 

++Ability to manage the financial aspects of a food and beverage operation, including the successful identification of expense reduction through cost efficiencies and revenue growth through promotional and up-selling activities
++Ability to manage the international staff in a positive and productive manner by motivating, developing and managing employees as they work. ++Bachelor�s degree in hospitality management, business administration or
related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent, preferred.
++HIGH volume experience in F&B (in a management role) CRITICAL 
 

SALARY:  $47,520 per year
