Will Anonymous Destroy Facebook on 5th Nov – Dangerious Hackers Threat

Anonymous is a group a group of hackers activists who have made a danger and mysterious haunting career in hacking. These hackers are smart enough to hack big websites like Bank of America, Sony and many Government websites. They expected to destroy facebook data on 5th November. These genius hackers are activists and famous as well. They have also threatened to destroy child pornography websites. But this time, the target is facebook and facebook is a part of heart for more tan 750 Million users. Impact can be imagined if something wrong happens with Facebook. According to them, facebook is using users’ privacy and which is not ethical they think.  They have made such threats many times before but did not acted upon it everytime. So this threat may also be just a threat and not get transformed as an event.

There was buzz around the web that -  Nov. 5 as a potential Facebook attack date. Now one question comes up – Why 5th Nov? SO there is a buzz that 5th NOv. date corresponds to Guy Fawkes Day. It is a UK holiday celebrating the failed plot by a crew of conspirators, including Guy Fawkes, to blow up British Parliament in 1605 and kill King James I.

This holiday is normally celebrated for the saving of the King’s life. But recently, in some recent years, things are not positive. There seems the revelry now favors Guy Fawkes and the idea of speaking truth (or gunpowder) to power. Fawkes was popularized later in the graphic novel-turned-movie V for Vendetta. 

Anonymous group seems to have dropped the Facebook attack, named as “OP_FB.” These hackers have a Twitter acount and there is no movement showing anytinh related to facebook threat. One thing that I like about Anonymous that they are targetting some serious issues affecting entire world like Child Pornography.

As of Nov. 3, PiratePad.net — a kind of Anonymous open forum — included a post saying:

Post ideas here guise. We are more powerful than DDoS attacks, and facebook isn’t going to keel over from something so small. We have more power than this and we should utilize it.

There are millions of thoughts running in milliions of minds offacebook users and Silicon Vally people. If this happens, it would me one of the most remembered day of Silicon Vally. Hacking Facebook is not at all a simple task as there is a super-genius CEO Mark Zuckerberg will try to save data furiously and we all know how he works. On th eother side, these hackers are super-genious too. So, only time can say what will happen to the world’s biggest social networking website.
