VIDEO CONVERSION WITH VLC
If you have VLC installed on your computer, you don’t need any other special software for converting (transcoding) videos into different file formats – VLC can do that for you just as well.
Here’s how:
Open a video file in VLC player and go to Media > Advanced Open File. In the subsequent dialog box, click on ‘Select Play Mode’ dropdown and select ‘Convert’ .In the next screen, click on the profile dropdown to select the output video’s file format. It’s as simple as that. Now you can sit back, relax and start controlling your movies from your couch.
