White Sauce
Ingredients :
Flour 1/2 tablespoon
Milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Vanaspati 1 teaspoon
Method :
Melt vanaspati in double boiler, mix in the salt and flour to make a smooth paste. Add milk gradually to the flour mixture. Continue stirring until thickened. Cook for 10 –15 minutes. (1 cup).
