Well to find out what he looks like you can get his poster and this is how you do it:

When you are logging in type in your name and password and everything then at the bottom where is says secret code (optionable) type in GIFTISLAND23 it can be in caps or not.

Then go to your house and look in your treasure chest and it's there.
