Helicopter crash kills 14 U.S. soldiers in Iraq

Fourteen U.S. soldiers died today when their helicopter crashed in northern Iraq, according to a U.S. military statement. A mechanical malfunction is suspected. Elsewhere, a suicide car bombing outside a police building killed 20 people, Iraqi police said. full story
