Our beautifully remodeled spacious 1400 sq.ft. condominium is 25 steps to the beach. The open floor plan with its large windows and 3 sliding glass patio doors allows sweeping views of majestic cypress trees and swaying dune grass from every vantage point within the living space and bedrooms. Walk out the front door to the beach of Monterey Bay and enjoy one of the most peaceful and beautiful places on earth.















Start your day watching the sun come up over the Pajaro Valley from the dining room window while sipping coffee you brewed in our fully appointed kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare and serve delicious meals -- just bring the food!















The master bedroom suite has a California King, pillow top bed. There are two guest bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other a full size bed.















End the day watching a spectacular sunset, then fall asleep on one of our comfy beds listening to the sound of the surf. You will never have a better night's rest!















The living room with it's wrap around window seat and cozy wood burning fireplace is perfect for curling up with a good book or just taking a luxurious nap.

Pajaro Dunes is a gated 150 acre minimal impact community of luxury condominiums, townhomes and houses. There is 24 hour security. We are located just 5 minutes from Hwy 1, but the sounds of the ocean and the call of the seabirds makes you feel like the outside world is far away.















Santa Cruz is 30 minutes north of us and Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel are 30 minutes to the south. These areas have many options for shopping, fine dining, golfing, theater going, whale watching, rock climbing, hang gliding, antiquing, hiking, cycling, and sailing. The Monterey Bay Aquarium, Elkhorn Slough, the Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk and Pebble Beach Golf course are all located nearby.















Pajaro Dunes has a mile an a half of pristine beach for walking, shelling, sand castle building, napping, running, swimming, surfing, fishing or day dreaming. There is tennis and basketball on the property, as well as, miles of trails for walking, running and cycling. This is a bird watcher's paradise with every species of Monterey Bay seabird. We also have a lagoon that is home to ducks, geese and swans.
