bedroom apartment. You get 1 large bedroom (11x14) plus share common lounge area, large kitchen, 1 full bathroom. On Claremont between Division and North. Your payment for winter gas & electric utils is around $100. Summer utils about half that amount. DSL wireless available if needed for $15 more /month. I have a cat, which is nice and sleeps mostly. Sorry, prefer no additional pets. If you work a regular 9 to 5 M-F job, you might not like it here because I and a neighbor on 3rd flr keep later hours so there are some late night sounds like low music, midnight snacking, and footsteps. Prefer no cigarette smokers. Please reply with your work schedule and at-home hours of operation. I work mostly at home as a digital media producer. One month security deposit required. No laundry on premises, but an all-night place is 4 blks away.
