I know you're out there! A woman just like me who feels vulnerable walking around Spring Lake or even around your own neighborhood alone. Let's get out there and do it together!
I'm an overweight woman, 44, exercise resistant rape survivor looking for a regular walking partner in the SW or NW area. After 5pm M-F is best and/or walking around downtown on the weekend. Women only please, for obvious reasons.
Right now I can walk only a mile or two at a slow pace. Would love to find someone who wants to work on building strength and stamina. We deserve to be healthy and strong but I need your help to get out there and start.
