Ingredients :
Eggs 6 – beat well
Sugar 2 cups
lemon juice ½ cup
Vanaspati ½ cup
Method :
Combine ingredients and cook over hot water stirring frequently until thick. Serve as a filling for layer cakes or as a spread on toast, biscuits or bread.
Makes about I cup.
