Special Haensspfeffer Food Recipe

Ingrediants :

Game meat      2 ½ kg – cut meat from bones

Carrots       2 – chop

Mushroom     ½ cup – chop

Bay leaf       1

Cloves         8

Garlic           4 flakes-chop finely

Pepper         ¼ teaspoon

Mustard seeds    1 tablespoon

Cream       1 cup

Salt to taste

oil    2 tablespoons

Method:

Heat oil, add all ingredients except cream. Brown well. Add 1 cup of water or vinegar. Cover and simmer until tender (about 1 hour). Add cream. Mix well and serve hot.

For 4 persons.
