Paul Brown joined Linread Northbridge in March 1990 as a Production Engineer, and has held a number of senior positions within the business including Engineering Manager and Operations Director. Since joining Linread, Paul has gained valuable experience in many disciplines including engineering, manufacturing, production planning & control, maintenance, purchasing and lean manufacturing. Mastery of these technical disciplines gave Paul a uniquely in-depth understanding of customer challenges when he assumed the position of Sales Director in October 1998. Since becoming Sales Director, Paul has played a major role in the success Linread Northbridge has enjoyed over the last 10 years, where it has seen unprecedented growth in the sales and profits, particularly over the last 4 years.  Paul’s responsibilities include the formulation, development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategies; to ensure the achievement of the company’s targets and objectives for future growth and profitability. This not only covers the retention of existing Customers through strength in service performance and the establishment and maintenance of first class relationships, but also the winning of new business, and forming new partnerships against the required business criteria. In addition, Paul contributes to the overall Management of the business as a senior member of the executive management team. Paul holds a BSc Honours degree in Engineering.
