I have a goal and in order to meet that goal, I need to be painfully honest with myself. In order to be painfully honest with myself, I’m going to have to be painfully honest with everyone! This blog will serve as my food and exercise diary. I am promising myself to that I will update this nightly with any and all morsels of food (and drink) that graze my lips(starting tomorrow of course ). In doing so, I hope that I will more carefully monitor my choices.
I know I am not alone on this journey of discovering how to improve eating habits. Therefore, I also promise that I will also post links to information regarding fitness to help other women in similar journeys.
