You can use the Highlight
and Word find
buttons to search a webpage for words or phrases you've typed in the Toolbar's search box.
- Click the Highlight button to highlight all matching results at once.
- Every word you type in the search box also appears as a Word find button on the Toolbar. To find where one of these words appear on the page, click the corresponding Word find button. Click it again to jump to next instance of the word.
To enable or disable these features, follow the steps for your browser below:
Toolbar for Internet Explorer
- Click the Toolbar's wrench
icon. - On the Tools tab, select (or deselect) the 'Highlight' checkbox.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Toolbar's wrench
icon. - On the Search tab, select (or deselect) the 'Highlight search terms' and 'Find and highlight words on a web page' checkboxes.
- Click the Save button.
