Board of Directors

Atul Kapadia

Atul is Managing General Partner at Bay. Atul's investment experience includes early stage investments in Lightlogic (acquired by Intel), Amber Networks (acquired by Nokia), Auroranetics (acquired by Cisco) and Afara Web Systems (acquired by Sun ). Prior to Bay, Atul served as President and CEO of Maple.

He also served in sales and marketing leadership roles at Cadence and Arcsys (IPO: ARCS). Atul acquired hands-on hardware engineering experience in the microprocessor team at Sun Microsystems. He began his career as a Research Associate at the Harvard/MIT Interdisciplinary Biomedical Engineering program.

Atul holds a B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from University of Bombay, M.S.E.E.from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and M.B.A.from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jeffery Dunn

Jeff Dunn most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of the Nickelodeon Networks group and as the President of Nickelodeon Film and Enterprises. During his more than 12 years at Nickelodeon, Mr. Dunn's business acumen and strategic thinking helped establish the group as one of the most profitable business units in all of the entertainment industry. He began his career with Time Magazine, serving in a variety of marketing and general management positions. Mr. Dunn, who graduated with honors from Harvard College, received his MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

James Whims

James L. Whims has been a director of our company since October 2007. Since 1996, Mr. Whims has been a Managing Director of TechFund Capital I, L.P., TechFund Capital II, L.P., and since 2001, TechFund Capital Europe, venture capital firms concentrating on high-technology enterprises. Since 1997, Mr. Whims has been a director of THQ, Inc. a leading independent developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software, which is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. Mr. Whims also serves on the boards of numerous private companies, including Tag Networks, NBX, and Smith and Tinker. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Whims was Executive Vice President of Sony Computer Entertainment of America and from 1990 to 1994, Mr. Whims was Executive Vice President of The Software Toolworks Inc. Mr. Whims holds a Bachelor or Arts in economics and communications from Northwestern University and a Masters of Business Administration in finance and marketing from the University of Arizona.
