Summary
Responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service, while following Infortrend policies, procedures and warranty guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Take customer calls and set up customer RMA requests.
Conduct research on serial numbers and warranty information.
Diagnose and troubleshoot product technical issues and replace defective components.
Handle customer complaints and follow through with the appropriate department and/or individual.
Follow up with customers on outstanding advance replacements.
Verify condition and SN of returned systems and components.
Assist with product rework and monthly inventory cycle count.
Requirements
Experience in customer / technical support service
Excellent communication skills
Must be organized with good attention to detail
PC knowledge background plus operation system
Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
SAP experience a plus
