I'm trying to
get in shape for summer & yoga has been extremely beneficial for me.
I'd like to meet new people who also want to further explore the benefits of yoga.
I'm a female in my 30's & am in slightly fair shape.
I can walk up a few flights of stairs without getting winded, but not exactly ready for a triathalon.
I have no preference regarding gender, age, or fitness levels.
I am not limited to time of day or day of the week, but do prefer mornings thru early afternoons. I can also do late night if need be.
So let's get started!
I'm not opposed to a small group, however I want to keep this from becoming a meetup group & prefer to keep it a little more intimate.
I've found it's easier to stay on track with 2 or 3 partners.
Any more & it's too easy to flake out!
