Hello, I am looking for a 4 bedroom house. We are 2 single moms with 1 child each 10 & 12 looking for a nice 4 bedroom house in a decent neighborhood. We have been friends and roommates for awhile. I am a bit credit challenged currently, but willing to explain and its getting better. We both have exc ellent rental and job history, no pets, ok ( 1 gold fish).
