If you’ve never seen a Jiu Jitsu match before, you’re in for a treat.  Here’s my instructor, Alex Lewis, brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, demonstrating the skill, technique, finesse and concentration required to triumph over his opponent.

I’m fascinated by how calm both men are as they work through the different physical puzzles being presented.  The event was held over the weekend of October 3rd and 4th, 2009 in NYC.

Ladies, you’ll like this too.  This is a match between gentlemen.

That’s good jits and a sweet victory for Alex. He’s been looking forward to this match with Ryan.  That’s what I call living life juicy!
