This scarf is made with a beautiful burnt orange colored yarn using two strands at a time to make it thicker and give it a more cozy feel. It measures 58 inches long and 7 inches wide.
This scarf was crocheted in the round to keep from having any seams. Not having a seam keeps the item from being uncomfortable on the neck and looks much better.
My prices are determined by yarn brand (cost) and production time.
Washing instructions:
This brand of yarn does say you can machine wash and dry, but I personally suggest that it be hand washed and lay flat to dry. Over time machine washing, just like with sweaters, can cause pile and a frizziness to the fabric. If you do choose to machine wash, make sure to wash on the gentle cycle by itself. Zippers and buttons from other items can get caught on the fabric and cause snags.
All crochet fabric comes a little stiff. Once washed and with each additional wash it will keep getting softer. This fabric is soft without washing.
