How to change the text color of a website?

http://www.royal.gov.uk/HistoryoftheMona…

I need to print that page out, but the text is grey and it hardly shows up when you print it out.

Additional Details

I only want to change the text of the middle part, not any of the other text on the sidelines or the titles/headlines of anything.

Why not just copy the middle part into word and change the color there?

Well, an option would be to copy the words of the site and then paste them onto a program like Microsoft Word, or Adobe. If you want to do that, here are the steps.
    1. Highlight the words you want to copy. (Left click on your mouse and drag it until all of the words are highlighted in blue. Then, right click. A list of things will come up. Select "Copy".
    2. Open a program. (Word, Adobe, etc...)
    3. Right click on a clean page of the opened software. (Microsoft Word) Select Paste.
    4. Highlight the pasted words, then look for the word toolbar. You can then select the color you want.
Hope this helped. Other than that, I don't know about doing anything else.
