Ian Hodge, Ph.D.

Dr. Ian Hodge is an international business consultant, researcher and author. He underwent a transformation in alternative medicine when he was struck with a situation that resulted in losing most of his muscle strength from the waist to his feet. That was in 2004, and modern medicine remains unable to diagnose the cause of problem to today.

But a healthcare professional who had recently returned from studying Ayurvedic Neurotherapy in India, was able to get the the communication links re-established between nerves and muscles, and get Dr. Hodge moving around again. Dr. Hodge has never completely recovered, and finds himself of interest to medical professionals who love challenges. Although the cause of the condition remains undiagnosed, an acupuncturist, Ellen Smith, found ways to provide relief.

Dr. Hodge was diagnosed diabetic in 2004 and went through traditional methods of controlling blood glucose levels, but remained determined to find ways to solve the problem, not treat the symptoms. This resulted in his book, How To Be Diabetes Free . . . For Life, in which he provides a clear explanation of the root cause of diabetes and therefore how to stop it in its tracks. In his search for answers to his medical condition, Dr. Hodge experienced amazing results from Neurolink, a protocol developed by a New Zealand osteopathic physician, Dr. Allan Phillips. Truly, the human brain holds the key to wellness.

His experience with diabetic neuropathy and an inability to sleep at night from the painful nerves, even after the best pharmaceuticals modern medicine could prescribe, led him further down the path of biological medicine and alternatives that can heal a body screaming from years of mis-treatment.

Dr. Hodge is the author of 4 books and over 200 articles on a range of topics. A professional musician at one time, his music program, Ian Hodge’s Read, Write and Play Music (Click here) is a breakthrough music program for students, applying the principles of reading, writing and playing in a creative learning process that allows students to learn music much more quickly. He is a regular contributor to Wisdom’s Edge.
