		<description>I like 2 better as well.  I think it&#039;s necessary to re-think how we approach teaching children.  I hope more comes of the lawsuit, but it is an uphill battle.  I agree that some teachers/schools approach children&#039;s welfare from a majority-rules standpoint, versus caring about each individual student.  But not all.  There are exceptions and they are wonderful!</description>

		<description>I think I like part 2 better.  In part 1 they deal in absolutes.   The teacher has made up her mind the student is absolutely bad and disobedient.    In part 1, more than likely nothing will be accomplished from the law suit.   In our school system I believe they care about the student body as whole instead of the individual students.   They will sleep a student through the system to get rid of them.
