You always want to write your articles so they’re informative and helpful. Your articles, ideally, should be formal but not overly formal. If you fail to be straightforward then you’ll tend to annoy your reader which is not desirable. You may even be tempted to write something that causes a controversy, but if you do just have it all planned out. However be clear with your points and be succinct.
