Fix It:
Go to the "View" menu and select "Toolbars." Check the "Links" toolbar option.

Still don't see the "Hilight It" button?

1. Look to the right of the Address field for the Links toolbar.
2.Make more of Links visible: drag "Links" down below the Address field.

Cannot drag the 'Links' bar?

1. Go to the "View" menu, select "Toolbars." Make sure there is NO CHECK MARK next to "Lock the Toolbars" option.

2. Now drag "Links" bar below the Address field.
