A reminder that governors are consulting on the admissions policy according to the School Standards and Framework Act. The admissions policy for entry in 2011 was finalised following consultation last year. The policy for 2012 entry is available to view by following the links at the left of this web site:

An extra bank holiday has been announced on Friday 29^th April, the date of the wedding of HRH Prince William and Miss Kate Middleton. This date falls within the Easter holiday period, and where this happens, schools have been allowed to take an extra day's holiday at another time, provided it is within the current academic year. All year 9 students have been given a pack of information to guide them through the important process of choosing their GCSE subjects to be studied in years 10 and 11.

We are delighted to unveil our new prospectuses. These have been developed with creative input from both staff and students.
