SVM has an immediate need for a Human Resources Manager.
Position Description:
Reporting to the President, and working with the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, new employee orientation, termination, communication of company policies, performance evaluations, benefits, conflict resolution, and updating of the Employee Handbook.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience with strong emphasis on recruitment - Knowledge of Federal and State employment Laws - Excellent communications skills and attention to detail - High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters - Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
