I kept thinking of Isaiah.

I kept thinking of Isaiah.

A Message of Hope for his People.

Were I live if you go up the mountains behind us there is a tremendous view, as you look down and around you can see the main road running through the village. You can see small vehicles moving along the village road , beyond that there is the main A55 road that run’s along the coast, then beyond that you can see the beach with the Menia straits from left to right.
Beyond that the Isle of Anglesey with Puffin island to the right and in between lies the light house, then on again the Irish sea, wonderful.
While I was writing my last blog on dreams, I kept thinking of Isaiah, then my friend came to visit, yes I have friends. And guess what he brought me the scripture I needed. And when I read it, wow, that’s it. You cannot write a story like Tick, Tock, stand in the holy place Abba without having some apprehension and fear for the future. My friend is over 90 years old, and he began to tell me how his Grandma had taught him how to survive by finding food from the land, while the ground was covered in snow for 6 months of the year, and there was no food available, this was just after the first World war.
I shared the story how I went to a Friday meeting a couple of years back in my last blog, that night I had a dream, this being the second.
It was a simple dream, in the dream I was riding my motor bike up and down a bridle path that ran next to the Church, how I did enjoy riding up and down that path way.
The night I posted my blog about “standing in the holy place” I had the third dream, I can say what a dream that was! In the dream I found myself on a high mountain and I remember saying as I looked around, this is like home. You could see there was life going on down on the village road, but as I looked around on the mountain it was a very rugged place and there was a greater beauty about the place than home. As I looked to the left I could see a building on the mountain slightly down in a valley, and were I was, the men who were with me, had built a platform of scaffolding to be able to go right to the edge of the mountain. And as I looked over the edge it was so high there was a wow as you looked over the side almost as if the ground would come up to meet you! Then the men that were there with me lifted my motor bike by its front wheel on to the platform they had built so I could ride it.
Still in the dream, we were travelling over the mountain, I was sat next to a man and said what sort of vehicle is this! It was travelling so fast over the rough ground, we went into a gully I thought we were going to hit the rock face in front of us , but we didn’t. We arrived at our destination, I could see buildings to the left were a man was preparing celebration lights. The man who had sat with me went to him, and then over to people on the right, sitting at tables and greeted them. I then began to wake I wanted to stay, but I couldn’t, I woke.

    Isa 65:1 I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.
    Isa 65:2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;
    Isa 65:3 A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;
    Isa 65:4 Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;
    Isa 65:5 Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.
    Isa 65:6 Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,
    Isa 65:7 Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.
    Isa 65:8 Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.
    Isa 65:9 And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.
    Isa 65:10 And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.
    Isa 65:11 But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.
    Isa 65:12 Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
    Isa 65:13 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
    Isa 65:14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
    Isa 65:15 And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:
    Isa 65:16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
    Isa 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
    Isa 65:18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
    Isa 65:19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
    Isa 65:20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
    Isa 65:21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
    Isa 65:22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
    Isa 65:23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.
    Isa 65:24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
    Isa 65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

Dreams.

Dreams.

This is the first dream of three, and I am sharing them because of the story Tick, Tock, stand in the holy place, Abba.
The first dream I had last century, in the dream a young child led me out into the outer court ( referring to the Temple talked about in the Bible.)
The child said to me they will kill you in this place. I remember he had blonde hair and he gave me a scripture, while we were seated in a room.

King James Version Psalms 112
1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

Tick, Tock, stand in the holy place, Abba.

Tick Tock, stand in the holy place, Abba.

There are some things in life you know are just not right, and especially when the Bible confirms it. It started one Friday night when there was an evening group discussion meeting. It was set about what  topics would be discussed, there was one particular person who wasnt there that evening who normally was. Looking back it now confirms my belief at the time about what was going on, because it was a topic that would affect that person directly and their way of life. I expressed my beliefs on the subject being talked about and there was a man who backed me up with the proper and relevant scriptures. There came a question to me about what I would do if this particular life style was allowed in the Church, the question came from the leader of the group in authority. My answer was I would leave the Church. I decided not to go to those meetings anymore because I could be to outspoken and forthright with people.
That happened a few years back, over that period certain people have left the Church, and from what I have learnt although they never expressed why, now it has become more clear why.
This week we had our visitor for a cup of tea, sandwiches and scones, very nice too if I might say myself. As you might know I believe the Lord asked me to leave the Church, one Sunday in the service, as there was to be a judgement of the Church and he didn’t want me there. I did not Know the reason, but I trusted the Lord as to the reason. When I heard a story from our visitor about the subject we had talked about a couple of years back on a Friday night, it was Like a Revelation to my Wife and I, it was a Justification, a confirmation of our action to leave. There is no going back, from all our teaching over the years, it is not right what is going on.  No way could it be condoned after the teachings from the Bible we have received.

Mat 24:1  And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.
Mat 24:2  And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
Mat 24:3  And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
Mat 24:4  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Mat 24:5  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:6  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Mat 24:7  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
Mat 24:8  All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Mat 24:9  Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
Mat 24:10  And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
Mat 24:11  And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:12  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Mat 24:13  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Mat 24:14  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Mat 24:15  When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mat 24:16  Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Mat 24:17  Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
Mat 24:18  Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
Mat 24:19  And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
Mat 24:20  But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
Mat 24:21  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Mat 24:22  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.
Mat 24:23  Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
Mat 24:24  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Mat 24:25  Behold, I have told you before.
Mat 24:26  Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
Mat 24:27  For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:28  For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
Mat 24:29  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30  And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31  And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Mat 24:32  Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:
Mat 24:33  So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
Mat 24:34  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
Mat 24:35  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Mat 24:36  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Mat 24:37  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:38  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Mat 24:39  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:40  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Mat 24:41  Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Mat 24:42  Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
Mat 24:43  But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
Mat 24:44  Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
Mat 24:45  Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
Mat 24:46  Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
Mat 24:47  Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
Mat 24:48  But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
Mat 24:49  And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
Mat 24:50  The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
Mat 24:51  And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Three Weddings.

Three Weddings

It’s been a beautiful sunny day so far, and I have done a bit of work on the back fence while the sun shines. We have been invited to a wedding, My Wife being a God Mother to the Bride, but we are not ready for it we don’t have suitable clothe’s, even guests have to prepare. So far we are going down to our Daughters to visit her instead, it would seem that is less pressure than going to the wedding, So far that is.
This coming Friday there is going to be a Royal Wedding, which has been prepared for in great detail even down to the smallest button. We are looking forward to watching the celebration on our TV. I remember when Princess Anne was married we bought a new TV so we could watch it in colour.
The Wife has just come in from going down to the village, and has talked to the God daughters Mother. And has asked her up next week for a cup of tea and a sandwich with a buttered scone to follow, sounds as if we could be going!  Apparently it will be a wedding very much like we went to years ago in the Lighthouse Church, more charismatic than traditional Church.
The third Wedding is also something we have to prepare for, I don’t Know when it’s happening, but we have an invite.

Mat 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
Mat 22:3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
Mat 22:4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
Mat 22:5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
Mat 22:6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.
Mat 22:7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
Mat 22:8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
Mat 22:9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
Mat 22:10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
Mat 22:11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
Mat 22:12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
Mat 22:13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

Tick, Tock.

I woke early this morning because of my coughing, so I went to the kitchen and took my inhalers and some pain-killer s, had a drink and went back to bed. I must have woke several hours later feeling better, but when I arose and went to the bathroom I felt very tired. Feeling not well and questioning myself over Church and my late Mothers house, that still hasn’t been sorted out. When I left going to Church I wrote a story ( Tick, Tock, time is passing by, Abba.) about my reasons for leaving, and I can remember at the time the verses, that kept coming to me,

Pro 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Pro 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

It then suddenly came to me I would need to ask the Lord to invigorate me, I kept getting the word wrong, never the less I asked and I became better and my mind was put at peace by remembering the above scripture.
It’s all beyond my understanding and when the time is right the Lord will direct my paths. I need to remember to seek the Lord first, every day.
I believe the words came to me yesterday that the Lord would strengthen me and he has, thankyou.

Dear Diary.

Dear Diary my faith seems to be weak to-day, perhaps I have taken my eyes of Jesus and am looking at my problems instead. I was sitting in the garden this week considering all the mistakes I have made over my life time and wishing I had, had more wisdom at the times of my errors of judgement, I was thinking if I had made the right choices. I was reminded of one major choice I had made in excepting Jesus as my Saviour and receiving Salvation, the greatest decision anyone can make, far out weighing all my mistakes. It has been said that Jesus chooses us not the other way round. But never the less what a right decision to make that will affect me, Alan, for the rest of eternity. Jesus knows are weakness and our failings and excepts us for what we are. I have read what The Apostle Paul was saying to Timothy to be satisfied with what we have because we can certainly not take anything of material wealth with us out of this world.
1Ti 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
1Ti 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

Should it be said.

Hello.

Hello,
Thank you for your comment, Completely Free Articles, having the base to work from like WordPress is a good start. I run this WordPress on my site and if I have any problems I have a friend who can help out with the tech bit. Write what’s in your heart, and express what’s happened in your week. Decisions, decisions.

Decisions, decisions

After being home and settling in now for over a week we find our selves with a question. We have an old Rover 400 car, it’s a nice car really, people have said why don’t you sell it. To be honest I was hoping to put it back on the road, we could do with the transport especially in the winter. With our Daughter here with us over the school break we ‘ve been down to the beach in her car and sat and relaxed and enjoyed the sea air. We do miss that aspect of having the car, we could go for walks along the sea front and even go shopping for our groceries. My main concern is once it s on the road is the repairs that would probably need doing now and again.
Yesterday the tumble dryer stopped working properly and after investigating it needs a new heating unit. So after thought and consideration, I rang and ordered a part from the manufacturer who said it would be delivered in a couple of day’s time. This is when I heard these words, that running the car would be the same, it would need repair like everything else, and basically there was nothing to fear in entering in to the running of my car again, that was my impression. It was no different from repairing any of our home appliances, possibly dearer in some incidences. The last couple of years I have learnt how to stay within my budget, so do we take the risk of fitting the running of the car into our limited budget? prior to this time my thinking was, were having the car come what may!  We have lived through a time of spend, spend, spend, but that has to stop sometime, as we begin to live within in our mean’s, I actually heard those words a while back, that I should live within my means.
1Ti 6:1 Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honor, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.
1Ti 6:2 And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
1Ti 6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
1Ti 6:4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings.
1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
1Ti 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
1Ti 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
1Ti 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
1Ti 6:11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
1Ti 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
1Ti 6:13 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;
1Ti 6:14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
1Ti 6:15 Which in his times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
1Ti 6:16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.
1Ti 6:17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded; nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;
1Ti 6:18 That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
1Ti 6:19 Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.
1Ti 6:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
1Ti 6:21 Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.

Travelling Home.

Travelling Home.

It’s time to travel home, the Daughter will be driving, we’ll be leaving late to avoid the city traffic. Normally I would be driving part of the way, but this time I will be a passenger, how thing’s change.
While we have been away I have had time to check my main website journal77 and I decided to change it from my home-made web pages to a more professional design which load’s quickly. After changing it I have noticed people are staying longer. And because its Word press I can update and change its content from were ever I happen to be with Internet access of course.
Because I’m limited in my ability I have asked my friend from Bibledatabase to do the work for me, brilliant, I would recommend him to anyone job done.
Although most of my life I have been in the driver’s seat so to speak it was alright being a passenger in the back, our little Grandson sat in the middle of the back seat watching a children’s movie on his little laptop, I would glance at it now and then,while watching the road ahead or hiding my gaze behind the driver seat. I avoided sitting in the front passenger seat to avoid driving all the way with my eye’s.
One thought came to me while travelling, what is my vision, mission, goal in running my website, some people who are wealthy give their wealth away, say for instance Bill gates. Well it could be said I don’t have any wealth to give away, but I do, it’s not the conventional wealth but Spiritual wealth. My granddaughter said to me yesterday I don’t want you to take this as an insult Granddad but you talk as if you’re talking from the bible.
The road from the city is long and at a certain junction nearer to home I said to every one that’s where I would come home and turn off to visit Mum’s house particular when her dementia started to develop. Normally as a younger man, going home to visit Mum, Dad and Pete I would go through the tunnels that run under the river Mersey. But in later years when Dad and Pete had passed away and Mum became ill, that’s the way I would go as my car had become less reliable and at one point was only running on three cylinder’s, I certainly didn’t want to break down in the middle of the Mersey Tunnel! To-day the long road from the city reminded me of life when there are points we remember as we go along, as a Son I was glad I was able to be there to help when she needed it most.
It being Sunday to-day and not going to Church anymore, there might come a day when I will, because that’s the right thing to do, be with God’s people. I was thinking about when I will need help like Mum needed, my funeral etc, these are the word’s that came to me “don’t worry about your funeral, that is for the comfort of other’s” I must seek the comforter now, whom we have been given, he will guide us and comfort us when the time is right like Mum. He will be our Provision. when we have no provision.
