After a tragic accident claims the lives of Luke Gibson’s (Cuba Gooding Jr.) wife and unborn child, he is left with critical injuries and complete amnesia. A new technological breakthrough from the Hexx Corporation – a Psi-Comp Implant that’s hardwired into Luke’s brain – saves his life, but Luke soon finds out that this new technology comes with a price and that the Hexx Corporation harbors sinister plans for the new device. With the help of new allies, Luke tries to recover the memories of his past while uncovering the Hexx Corporation’s true motives.

After Luke (project 660) had a brain operation he is seeing Hexx Corporation ad’s for various product, for that he went to doctor who had implant the Hexx chip on his head, he is about to get the name of those people who are responsible for that , Hexx corporation had activated the termination of Luke but he was saved by the team of Keyboard. They have made a proposition with Luke that he will help them to kill the Virgil (Val Kilmer) head of Hexx Corporation and in return of that they will help Luke to regain his memories, he agrees on that.

Keyboard informed him that Hexx corporation had chosen him for their experiment thats why they had canceled his insurance and also set-up a accident. Luke with the team of keyboard started to find out who had killed Luke’s wife. In the end Luke had killed the Virgil to overcome his rage, but in that process of doing that keyboard and his father was killed. So now Luke with punkred and punkblue will try to saves the other people who are part of that experiment…
