Chicago Wyndham | The hotel was clean and in a great location, but the customer service was sorely lacking. The concierge, Russell, was the only courteous and helpful person we encountered. The front desk staff were not helpful, the room service did not clean our room completely, and the staff appeared bothered by our requests for a replacement coffee maker or extra towels. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing stay. |
