Hi, I'm a 28 y/o asian female and looking to meet new friends to try different activities and go around the bay area at times with. I prefer meeting other female friends but I don't mind having guy friends either (as long as you're not looking for hook-ups). Hopefully, you're more local (hercules, pinole, berkeley, el cerrito, el sobrante, emeryville, etc.) so don't need to travel far. I enjoy doing a variety of things so if you feel like playing board games, karaoke / singing, trying a recipe to cook, playing some video games, pool, bowling, traveling, practice/learning a new foreign language or culture, rockclimbing, walking the dog, snowboarding, window shopping, knitting/crochetting, hanging out at barnes and noble or coffee shops, cray/crawfishing, crabbing, volunteering, rollerblading, ice skating, dancing (ballroom, hip hop, etc), tennis, camping, interests in investing / financial strategies / stock market / real estate, and the list goes on. These are just some of the things I enjoyed doing and I have a wide range of interests. I'm also open-minded (not into freaky or sexual things though) so if you're into learning about other cultures (jewish festival coming up soon) or other things ask me and most likely, I'll go.
I'm just an average person - not a competitive athlete or anything - just doing things for fun. It's nice to do something other than work (or school). And doing things does not have to cost anything or a lot. We're in the bay area, tons of great stuff to do around here! This Saturday, I'm planning to take a wind-surfing class at Berkeley. Let me know if you're interested (1030-130). It's also a long weekend. Anyone interested in hiking to Alamere Falls in Point Reyes area (couple of hours from SF / Eastbay). If I get good replies from this ad, it'll be nice to form a "to do things with" group.
